Absolutely fantastic! Tranquil views from the riverside in a garden with lush green plants - but most impressive was the food - we had the oxtail with samp and the township stew - fresh veg and perfectly cooked meat! Didn’t taste like it was frozen and reheated- proper South African home traditional food! Must visit for tourists and any locals. Dishes are a bit pricier - bit with a decent backing and great value for money.

What a pleasant experience it was to dine here! Friendliest staff I have been helped by in a long time. The food was on another level taste wise, good portions with a classy presentation as seen on the photos attached. I truly recommend this place for any occasion from formal to just a lunch with the family. Keep up the good work.

The Restaurant itself is beautiful. The view of the Vaal River even better! The food & wine were also great. Our waiter was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was the lady outside at the parking area. She was extremely rude and impolite.

What a gem in Parys, Free state. Full menu, five star taste, what a view of the full Vaal river, friendly staff en good service, peaceful atmosphere and safe parking with helpful car guards.
